The hotel is perfectly clean and truly exceptional, offers unbeatable location near the sea front. The breakfasts is delicious and great with a lot of food. Make sure you stay in the superior king room with the view of the garden. Excellent service and the food is good. Moreover, the parking is nearby.

Breakfast was satisfactory, particularly good views, brilliant location next to the very long beach as well as Westbourne, a suburb 5 minutes by car or 15 on foot. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the double room, plus a separate lounge, some excellent tea, and blinds. Free parking on-site provided.

Well, it was a very enjoyable short stay during our visit. The hotel's location was perfect and nice, close to a beautiful and gorgeous beach-Branksome and both Poole, the lovely Sandbanks and Bournemouth. Also, the accommodation was very close to Branksome Chine Car Park. We thoroughly enjoyed the garden view from the double room.
